I'm a also a broker of one of the most important "swiss based" credits and guarantees
company.

This company issues guarantees and cautions for every business.

Furthermore I've worked as a broker of letters of credit in joint venture for years.

Letters of credit are a fast and effective payment instruments which are in use
as instruments for commercial or financial leverage.

The applicant issues a L/C for payment of a contractual fee as in agreement.

L/C will send to the bank via key text telex (ktt) or via Swift MT 760.

L/C are issued by primary banks.

Private Placement Investment Programs are the evolution of High Yield Investment
Programs.

They work with bank guarantees and the high yield is related to buy-sell PEBG as
a zero coupon.

Investor who has a proof of funds of 10M USD minimum can sign a "due diligence"
for us.

On this basis we sign and send to traders a "due diligence" of our own.

If the traders approve this operativity they invite the investor in a primary
bank of Zurich with your attorney of law and the Managing Director of Walsh Finance
Corporation Ltd (with an appropriate Fee Protection Agreement) for the signature of
the Contract in a primary bank.

Money is in cash in the investor's account, without any blocking funds.

Trader has a limited attorney.

Bank is in the role of "controller".
